I got a clean bill of the health. the lump, aka, cyst, is gone, the pathology report came back fine. a lot of infection (staph a), but nothing malignant.

the surgeon originally thought it might have been something that didn't develop from birth, like a tooth that had note descended, which led to a lot of 'unborn twin' jokes, which led to a lot of total recall-quaotto-as-my-mutant-twin jokes.

no quatto, sadly.

the chief had even prepared a birth announcement for quatto.
