Friendly's

In Oswego, NY last week, I had breakfast at Friendly's. When we lived in upstate NY, it was my favorite place to eat at Clifton Country Mall. My mom got us Friendly's cakes for our birthdays. My favorite: the watermelon cake. It looked even better than the real thing. How do they get ice cream and cake to look so red?
